It all starts with a call. We introduce ourselves, we get to know one another, and together we take time to understand what your goals and health concerns are. I will let you in on how we are going to meet those goals and eradicate the concerns, and I also make sure that by the time we finish the call, you already feel like you’re on the right track.
4. ON-GOING COACHING
Your ongoing journey involves revisiting your health goals and adding supportive nutrition and lifestyle tools. Using NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) coaching I will help you understand behaviour patterns for success, while helping you take accountability for your health. I will make any necessary recommendations for functional testing before handing over a personalised plan broken down into achievable steps that support lasting results.
