01. CLIENT DISCOVERY

You will move through a series of steps starting with our initial discovery session. This time will be used to understand your goals and your health concerns so that I can start coming up with strategies to help you.

We make use of an in-depth questionnaire that helps me gain insight into your physiology, current lifestyle and diet, your family history and anything else that might be playing a role in your state of health. This is our foundation and the launchpad from where your personalised programme takes flight.

We will meet one-on-one for an initial 1-hour consultation to go over the questionnaire and your personal story. During this time, we look at your timeline and any triggers that may have contributed to changes in your health. This process helps you see how your system needs to be treated as a whole with integrated tools and programmes that speak to you and not your symptoms.

 By identifying the unique and underlying causes of illness, we can map out an achievable plan that will help you reach your most optimal state of health. By the end of your consultation, you will have a comprehensive health plan in hand that shows you where your imbalances lie and what areas of focus will correct them.

02. CLIENT ASSESMENT

03. FOOD AND NUTRITIONAL PLAN

With your health plan in mind, we will continue your journey with an in-depth dietary analysis and supplement recommendation consultation. This is another 1-hour meeting where we dive in deep to see where your nutrient deficiencies lie and where your nutrition needs attention.

We will start discussing interventions to support your goals using food and supplements. You will leave this session understanding exactly what foods work for you and your needs, and which ones are leaving you with little benefit. You will see clearly why nutrient support is necessary and why supplementation plays a supportive role in your nutrition.

This journey is one that I walk with you, helping you stay motivated and on track with your progress. Our ongoing coaching sessions involve constant review of your health goals to ensure we are still working towards what’s best for you. We layer on the necessary nutrition and lifestyle tools needed to support you and help you achieve the best possible outcomes.

Making use of NLP (neuro linguistic programming) coaching, I help you understand how your own behaviour patterns can set you up for success or failure. You will realise that your own accountability is necessary to keep the momentum going, but you will also be motivated by your progress. Any recommendations for functional testing will be done to get to grips with the root causes of your concerns. You will now have a personalised plan broken down into achievable steps that will support lasting results.
