The global pandemic has taken its toll on us physically and mentally. We have been in survival mode for a long time, dealing with high levels of stress, uncertainty and change in our working lives, homes and communities. This has left many of us feeling exhausted, depleted, burnt out, overwhelmed, anxious, demotivated and disconnected.

Many of us may have settled into unhealthy habits, resulting in sugar cravings and crashes, perhaps we have been drinking too much coffee or alcohol, not eating well in general as we use these ‘treats’ as a coping mechanism or reward to get us through stressful times. Perhaps due to changes in our routines, we are not exercising enough, not getting enough sleep, our moods are up and down, our concentration and focus is poor, leaving us feeling sluggish, depleted and mentally and physically burnt out.

On the flip side, this pandemic has also given us the opportunity to re-evaluate our lives and to recognise what is and isn’t working in different areas, including our relationship with our body and self-care (food, exercise, sleep), career, work- life balance, relationships with partners, family and friends.

Whilst cleaning up your plate and eating the right foods, can have a hugely positive impact on your energy, hormones, mood, focus and overall wellbeing, if you’re not dealing with underlying stress and emotional issues that are contributing to your physical and mental health challenges, you’ll limit the results you can get and some of your problems may persist. Likewise, if you are dedicated to exploring emotional issues contributing to mental health challenges, your investment in nutrition and what you choose to put on your plate will result in long term sustainable wellness and up level your health.

By taking a holistic, integrated approach to wellbeing, you can feel empowered to let go of what’s no longer serving you, physically, mentally and emotionally, and you can receive what you need to restore your energy, find balance and realign with what you truly want and deserve.

The Spiral

“The Spiral” is an incredibly potent healing modality I use, which allows you to clear heavy energy and emotions from your system. If you sense that there’s baggage from the past that’s been weighing you down and conscious or unconscious blocks that are stopping you from feeling confident and moving forward with your career, relationships and/or health, the Spiral will give you a full system reset.

The process uses elements of Spiral Dynamics, Kinesiology, the Chakra System, The Scale of Consciousness and NLP. Unlike other processes that focus on removing blocks on a mental level, The Spiral goes into the body’s energy field and releases emotional blocks that are held in the body. As you free up your emotional body, you in turn free up your ability to start living the life you want.

People who go through the Spiral experience new levels of self- love, confidence and connection to their power, passions, vision and purpose. They welcome more love, joy, peace, balance, ease and flow into their lives. They find the courage to be their authentic selves, to step forward and express their truth and gifts in the world.
